Why it exists
Saffron sits at the intersection of agriculture, culture, quality, rarity, and value. Yet the public narrative around saffron is often incomplete. Producers may be under-recognized, consumers may face uncertainty around authenticity, and the global market may lack a widely understood institutional reference point.
The Foundation is intended to help close that gap by strengthening awareness, elevating standards dialogue, and supporting a more credible global conversation around saffron.
